Unit amenities: microwave, toaster, coffee pot and filters (bring your own coffee), stove top, large refrigerator with top freezer, outside park style grill, pots and pans (stove top only), cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, bedding, pillows, bath towels, dish towels, wash cloths, hand towels, dish soap and sanitizer, bar soap, shampoo, TV (local channels), DVD player, picnic table, fire pit, free WiFi. It is recommended to wash and sanitize all dishes and utensils before using. Queen bed in bedroom and the loft has a full mattress (futon) and a 3/4 size mattress. Firewood is available for $6 bundle, and we have a full service restaurant, coin laundry, game room, heated pool, camp store with limited hours. and a private boat launch (no wake lake, motors allowed). We are located 1.5 miles from the ATV trails. ***Note: bedding and towels are not changed during your stay.  MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS ONLY, AND UP TO 3 CHILDREN, minimum two night stay and three nights on a holiday weekend. Check in is after 3pm, Check out is by 11am. Sorry, no pets allowed in the rental unit.
