Camping is an outdoor experience, we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature. If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: We will do our best to accommodate with 14 or more days notice prior to the reservation date less an administrative fee of $15. CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations chttps://parkwith.us/camps/rock-lake-lodge-&-campgroundancelled 14 days or more in advance before the reservation date, will receive an internal credit for the total amount paid less a $15 administrative fee that is good through the end of the following camping season for site reservation fees. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will not receive a refund. Sorry, no cash or credit card refunds on reservation cancellations.
