SEASONAL SITE INFORMATION

Sites 1-54 are non-sewer sites which require the use of an external 300gal holding tank. Sites 55-118 have full sewer hookup. Water is included in all sites and electric is metered and billed four times a year. For non-sewer sites we contract with a local company to pump out the holding tanks which is currently $60, cash or check only (no credit cards).

Our seasonal site agreement begins mid-October runs through mid-October, in which you may leave your camping unit on site through the winter. Water is usually turned off around mid-October and restored around mid to end of April, depending on weather. We do not close the campground, and if you wish to come in the off season you can dry camp by bringing your own water. All units coming into the campground must be 15 years or newer, in clean and original condition.

To secure a site we require a one-time refundable security deposit of $250 which stays with the campground until you are no longer a seasonal and are not renewing for the following year. This will be returned per terms of the seasonal site agreement. For the 2025 season, site fees range from $1825 to $2300 per year plus tax. One half of the site fee is due on 10/01/2024, and the other remaining half balance is due on 04/01/2025. We only accept cash or check, however if you wish to pay with a credit card we charge a 4% convenience fee.

We have a heated pool, game room and a couple of small playgrounds. We will have planned activities throughout the season. Also we have a full bar and restaurant open year round featuring authentic fresh dough hand tossed pizza with a blend of fresh shredded cheeses and our signature pizza sauce.

There are a limited number of boat slips available to rent for the season and ATV trails are accessible from the campground. There is a fish cleaning house on-site,  laundry room, a nicely stocked camp store and free WiFi throughout the campground.
